Parking Policy for Contractors
All contractors engaged in work on the River Campus must adhere to the following parking policies, which will be enforced in all situations. Failure to comply may result in the contractor or employee being banned from the campus. The enforcement will be carried out by regular parking enforcement, Project Managers at Campus Planning, Design, and Contract Management (CPDCM), and UF&S Administration.
- Vehicles: All contractor vehicles parked in River Campus system parking spaces must have a valid parking permit.

Location: During enforcement times (7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday), contractors can be assigned to the following parking areas:
- Zone 3 North
- Rink Lot
- Brooks Crossing

Parking Fees: Contractor Temporary Permits fees are as follows:
- Daily - $5.00 (available at Info Booth on Wilson Boulevard only)
- 7-Day - $11.00 (available at Parking Management Center only)
- Monthly - $44.00 (available at Parking Management Center only)
- Parking within Construction Fencing: Contractor parking within construction fencing is limited to construction vehicles. Personal contractor cars or trucks will not be allowed.
- Enforcement: Vehicles parking in violation of University Parking Rules and Regulations will be cited immediately. Vehicle owners will be responsible for payment of citations. After three citations, the vehicle will be immobilized. Violations, including but not limited to parking on grass or sidewalks, fire lanes, traffic lanes, disability parking spaces, and/or reserved parking spaces, will not be tolerated. If contractor employees become belligerent, please contact Parking Supervisors or Managers, the Project Manager at CPDCM, and/or Department of Public Safety immediately.
