Offsite Properties
Offsite Properties provides maintenance and upkeep for all offsite buildings and systems including our affiliate healthcare network and other specialized sites in the greater Rochester region.
Medical Center Affiliates and Offsites include Noyes Hospital, St. James Hospital, Jones Hospital, Highland Hospital, the Ambulatory Orthopeadic Center, the East River Road Imaging building and FF Thompson Hospital in addition to 287 clinical and outpatient facilities.
The wide range of skilled employees in this group includes mechanics, carpenters, HVAC technicians, electricians, painters, plumbers, and a variety of other professional and leadership positions.
Service Calls
If you have routine maintenance or an emergency service call for any of the Offsite properties you should call the Facilities Customer Service Center at 3-4567. The majority of mechanics are on site between 7:30am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday with 24/7 hospital emergency support.
